Darkness, death, hellfire.
I see the truth among the darker side of your mind.
Soon there will come an awakening unlike any you could ever imagine.
You will hear the song of your demise.
Soon the darkness will rise.
A death of soul and fire and joy unlike any you could ever imagine.
You will know the lies that they have taught you to always find.
Eternity, nothingness, hellfire.

Hello
I'm back.
No thoughts as to what this means, or how I'll manage to keep it up, but I'm back nevertheless.

Pazaak Face
So recently I finished the game 'Mass Effect', a wonderful and immersive roleplaying shooter from Bioware. I enjoyed myself so immensely that I started another game right after I beat it (on increased difficulty of course), and I intend to have my character fall for Ashley Williams this time, and not Liara.
On another note, just this morning I was singing Lady Gaga when I added Star Wars into it and came up with the idea for 'Pazaak Face'. I was so delighted I hummed that for a good half an hour trying to fit elements of the Star Wars universe into the lyrical framework of the song.
My hand has yet to return to normal, and I can only hope that it is something simple and of a lesser need to worry than, say, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Poetry in Vivo
So tonight I had work, and we all just happened to keep breaking out into laughter every so often. It was perfectly, wonderfully, delightful.
There is nothing like a good laugh, especially when they help make work that much more manageable.
Other than that, my right hand still is experiencing a tingly/numb sensation in the first three fingers. From what I have read it could possibly be nerve problems, or circulation problems. I shall be checking this out soon, and as stated before, this is why my posts have yet to be of a truly filling stuff.
Here's hoping my hand just miraculously heals by tomorrow.

Virtual Insanity
So I hear that the glorious President of the United States, Barack Obama, wishes to gain yet another power thanks to a new Congressional possibility...
This new brainiac move on their part is to give the Government the power to shut down sections of the Internet in case of a security breach.
Oh yes, precisely what they need, more power.
Please, Mr. President, Members of the Congress, power corrupts... the more you get the more you want.
Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
Consider other countries that have had problems in their past with too much power in their government's hands:
-Germany
-England
-France
-Spain
-USSR
-Iraq
-North Korea
-China
-Cuba
-Italy
...
Do we really need to add the United States to this list?
Personally, I find the lack of outrage in the American people to be quite unsettling... they just seem to be blindly following their Pied Piping Politicians right into the lake...

Thoughts
I once thought that I was invincible. I once thought the world was at my feet; the sky a limit I could easily surpass.
I was young.
What cruel thing is youth, that it must fill our heads with such ambitions when we are unable to obtain them? Why must we suffer as we grow older and slowly become fragile, weak, passive?
Youth is truly wasted on the young.
I was young.

Youth is truly wasted on the young.
The one thing I am thankful for as I grow is that I slowly begin to understand what it is to feel, to care, to love. Love is not wasted on the young, nor is it on the old.
As I grow, I begin to grasp more closely to where love lay.
As I grow, I begin to grasp more closely to where love lay.
I can only hope to reach it before I am gone.

An Entertaining Notion
This week I watched multiple Zombie films: "Dead Snow", an amusing Norwegian film about Zombie Nazis and their greed for gold, "Zombieland", a hilarious look at a Zombie-ridden world and those few people who inhabit it, and "Diary of the Dead", a George A. Romero Zombie film about a group of college film students and their professor surviving in a newly Zombified world.
Now, Zombie movies have been out for quite some time. I know about them, and I am quite sure that a good majority of the civilized world knows about them. Why is it, then, that in these movies, Zombies are completely foreign? Seriously, there weren't any Zombie films in these movie-worlds for somebody to think, "Oh... he was dead and is now back up and coming toward me, I should shoot it in the head."
No.
Instead there is at least a good hour or so where they cry out in horror, ask their god what 'creatures' come for them... etcetera. If just one person knew what a Zombie was before the outbreak, then he wouldn't take as long to get over the shock of the Zombie Apocalypse finally occurring.

I know when they come, I'll be ready. Will you?
